Believing this one thought can be the difference between creating the life you desire and creating a life of missed opportunities.

If you already follow the teachings of the Law of Attraction, then chances are likely that this is not a new concept for you. And thatโ€™s a good thing, positioning you to live a fulfilling life (assuming you choose to โ€œdo the workโ€ to process whatโ€™s not yet working for you).

One of my dear clients came to me knowing I was a Law of Attraction coach when they hired me, and we talked about how the principles of Law of Attraction were impacting their experiences.

๐—”๐˜ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น, ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—น ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ปโ€™๐˜.

Recently, when they experienced (yet another) episode of difficulty, they adamantly stated that it was not their fault, but the other party’s faultโ€ฆ PERIOD.

They didn’t allow for any wiggle room for considering how their own thoughts could have anything to do with the difficult circumstances. And when I reminded them of how this is one of the fundamental principles of Law of Attraction (โ€œyour thoughts create your realityโ€), they clearly said, โ€œThis is where Law of Attraction doesnโ€™t work.โ€

For this precious individual, theyโ€™ve been stuck in a perpetual loop of experiencing the same issue for their entire life. The players change from circumstance to circumstance, but the underlying painful feelings remain the same with each event.

Iโ€™m well aware that when this pattern continues to be recycled, itโ€™s always an indicator of a thought (or many thoughts) that are untrue. It originated as the unconscious mindโ€™s way of protecting them as a child. But now the protective pattern is disruptive to their life.

The way out of this predicament is to be willing to acknowledge that YOUR thoughts around this issue need to be examined, where a limiting belief ๐˜ธ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ญ surface, revealing the driver of this recurring pattern.

Once the limiting belief is discovered, we seek the Truth that has been hiding in the background. This releases the offending pattern, raising your vibration.

When this happens, what had been desired (all along) is now available to be experienced.

Example: If, as a child, you experienced verbal chastising by a parent, what you really desired was verbal kindness and understanding. When this happened, the unconscious mind (whose job it is to protect you at all costs) jumped in by creating conclusions as to why this verbal chastising took place and then put a thought (& strategy) in place with the hopes this could be avoided in the future.

๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—”๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜โ€ฆ this new thought & strategy may work in the moment, but itโ€™s only temporary and will create sabotaging patterns as life progresses.
