Business Coaching

Business Coaching the Wendy-way sets the foundation necessary for business strategy to work. Obviously, every business owner desires to grow their business and every business executive wants to achieve higher results. And as such, I’m sure you want to utilize the most effective strategies to impact your business to bring about greater profit and/or to reach more customers. Thus, you may be thinking about hiring a business coach.

But, in my experience by collaborating with other business coaches, they all tell me that even though their clients are seeking better business strategies, their discussions reveal that learning and applying new strategies is only a small piece of what their clients need. But, a business coach is often not equipped to walk their clients through the personal coaching that they really need.

During the time I was working in a corporate job as an Executive Assistant, I supported about 25 executives. With those executives that I had developed a personal relationship, they knew that I was also a personal coach. And on occasion, they reached out to me to solicit my advice where they had clients that were “stuck.” And they felt their stuckness was on a personal level and not on a business strategy level and could I help. So, they shared the client’s story with me and I would do my best to share what I felt was preventing them from getting traction and how to coach them through it. Later, I would learn that my advice was exactly what was needed to help the client break through that stuckness; and now the client was making significant progress!

So, if you’re not getting the business results you’re seeking despite having learned the best business strategies, it’s most probably because there are personal issues/limiting beliefs present… and that’s where I come in. I can help to identify what’s sabotaging your business success, and then help you pivot your thinking to accomplish the success you’re seeking. Once, those sabotaging thoughts/beliefs are replaced by truly powerful thoughts and beliefs, your business success becomes inevitable.
